Ian Rozier has been engaged in the financing and exploration of junior resource companies since 1987. Formally with Goldfields of South Africa, Golder Associates, and principal of Canex International Consultants of Vancouver, he was primarily involved with the acquisition, valuation and feasibility studies for many projects throughout the world. Since 1987 he has been involved with the financing, exploration and promotion of public companies with projects in the Philippines, Indonesia, Australia and South America.

Over the past 20 years Barbara Dunfield has had a wide range of experience in the management and development of public companies. Formerly a stock broker, she is familiar with the financing and marketing of public companies and played a significant role in the restructuring and growth of NWX. She continues to make a major contribution to the management and development of the Company

David Cohen has been involved in the mining industry for over 20 years, having worked as a metallurgical engineer with Anglo American Corp., AECI and Fluor in South Africa until 1993, when he became Director, Sales-Mining and Metals, for Fluor Daniel Inc. in the USA. In 1996 he became Senior Vice President, Engineering and Development, for Miramar Mining Corp. and in 2002 became President and CEO of Northern Orion Exploration Ltd. He is very familiar with the Mantua copper project in Cuba and has been involved in both the engineering and financing for the project.

Doug Hyndman is a lawyer with the firm Kornfield MacKoff and specializes in banking and finance. He sits as an independent director on the board of several public companies and is very familiar with the financial and regulatory aspects of public companies in the natural resource industry.

Mr. Roberts has over 30 years experience in international mining and mining finance. He holds a B.Sc. Honours in Geology from Liverpool University, an M.Sc from Oxford University, and is also a Chartered Accountant in the U.K.
